Catching my first glimpse of this eclectic contemporary home, with its retro-style garden, was enough to transport me into another world. This exotic garden is located on the shoes of Sydney Harbour.
The clients’ love of wild, overgrown exotic gardens was destined to clash head-on with my more controlled architectural style, but in the end I think we both learnt a lot from each other, making it a really enjoyable collaborative process. They wanted their love of art, colour and warm-climate gardens to be evident throughout the design.
