My aim and challenge was to design a garden that would not be compromised by the need to capture these views. The client agreed that we would create a garden first, with the preservation of the views a secondary consideration. This is my dream property. Its long, tree-lined drive takes you past magical rural scenery on one side and the solid, rich green hedges that define the house garden on the other. It is truly an inspiring setting.
