This unique home was designed in 1936 and sits overlooking the heads of Sydney’s spectacular harbour.
The house with its quirky Mediterranean style, sets the scene and is so special it was easy to take inspiration from it alone. An existing prickly pear at the front door, with its awkward form, along with the rendered wall behind it, helped to determine the palette of plants for the remainder of the garden.
The aim was to envelop the amazing architecture with an amazing garden so the flavour of the house was extended.
